Reporting and Complaints Policy

Effective 9 September 2026

CorpHaus Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17453226.

1. What can be reported?

2. How to report

Use the in-product report control where available. If that feature is unavailable, email support@corphaus.co.uk with the relevant listing/member details, a description of the issue and any evidence you can lawfully provide.

3. What happens after a report?

We will assess reports according to seriousness, credibility, urgency and risk. We may request more information, preserve relevant records, contact the reported member, restrict visibility, suspend content or an account while investigating, or take no action where the report is unsupported or outside our remit.

We do not promise a fixed resolution time because reports vary substantially, but we aim to acknowledge actionable reports promptly and prioritise reports involving suspected illegality, fraud, threats, security risks or serious harm.

4. Illegal content

Where we become aware of content that we reasonably determine is illegal or must be removed under applicable law, we may remove or restrict it swiftly and take related account action. We may also preserve or disclose information where required by law or a valid legal process.

5. Fairness and confidentiality

Where appropriate, we may give the reported member an opportunity to respond. We may withhold a reporter’s identity or particular evidence where disclosure is unnecessary, unlawful, would create a safety/security risk or would prejudice an investigation. We cannot promise complete confidentiality where disclosure is legally required or necessary to investigate fairly.

6. Complaints about moderation or account action

A member affected by removal, restriction, suspension or other moderation action may contact support@corphaus.co.uk explaining why the decision should be reconsidered and providing supporting evidence. Where appropriate, the review will be carried out by someone able to reconsider the available information rather than merely repeating the original decision.

7. Abuse of reporting

Knowingly false, malicious or repeatedly abusive reports may themselves breach the Terms.
