Effective 9 September 2026
CorpHaus Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17453226.
A member may request account closure using any account-closure functionality made available or by contacting support@corphaus.co.uk. We may require verification and may require outstanding subscription or security issues to be addressed before completing administrative closure, without preventing the exercise of applicable data-protection rights.
Closure ends the member’s ongoing entitlement to use the account. Active listings and requirements will be taken offline. Paid subscriptions should be cancelled in accordance with the subscription controls and Terms.
After closure, ordinary account/profile information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable operational period, subject to backups, legal holds and the retention rules below.
Messages, proposals, negotiations and placement records can belong to the commercial history of more than one member. Closing one account does not give that member a right to destroy the other party’s legitimate business record. Where appropriate, the departing member’s profile/contact information may be removed or anonymised while the underlying commercial record is retained.
The indicative periods in the Privacy Policy apply. Commercial and accounting records may normally be retained for up to six years where relevant; routine security/audit records are ordinarily retained for shorter periods unless linked to an investigation or claim.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until overwritten through ordinary backup cycles. Backup copies are not intended to be restored for ordinary business use after a valid deletion unless needed for disaster recovery, security or legal reasons.
Account closure and a legal right to erasure are not identical. Individuals can separately exercise applicable data-protection rights by contacting support@corphaus.co.uk. We will assess each request under applicable law.
