Effective 9 September 2026
CorpHaus Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17453226.
CorpHaus currently uses cookies or similar storage only where necessary to provide authentication, maintain secure sessions and operate essential account functionality.
The current product brief states that CorpHaus uses authentication/session cookies and does not use analytics packages, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
Property listings may include a walkthrough video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube or Google when a listing page is loaded: the video is represented by a plain placeholder with a play button, and the YouTube player is loaded only if the user chooses to play it. Playing a video loads content from youtube-nocookie.com and may set storage on the user's device under Google's own terms. That happens only at the user's request, as a service they have explicitly asked for, and a user who prefers not to load third-party content can decline to play the video or open it directly on YouTube instead.
These cookies are used to keep users signed in, maintain secure sessions, protect account functionality and provide services explicitly requested by the user.
Where a cookie or similar technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user or to secure that service, UK rules may permit it without prior consent. On the present technical setup, CorpHaus does not operate a marketing or analytics cookie-consent mechanism because no such non-essential trackers are described as being used.
If CorpHaus later adds analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking, social-media pixels or other non-essential technologies, this policy and the site’s consent mechanism must be reviewed before those technologies are enabled.
Users can control cookies through browser settings, but blocking necessary session cookies may prevent login or core platform functionality.
